Yes. The basic plan includes a 14-day free trial with QR ordering, member management, auto coupons, e-wallet, referral marketing and more — perfect for new restaurants. No credit card required. After the trial, your account is locked — upgrade to Pro to unlock.
What does the Pro plan include?
Pro adds multi-branch management, data export, advanced marketing tools, customer segmentation, custom branding, priority support and API access.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Switch plans anytime from your dashboard. Prorated billing applies. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What payment methods are supported?
FPX online banking, credit cards, and e-wallets (Touch'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow QR) are all supported.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. The Pro plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans offer better value but also support cancellation.

Can you help upload my menu? How much?
Yes. Our data entry service covers dish names, prices, photos, categories, member tiers and coupon rules. One-time fee RM150–RM300 based on volume (≤30 dishes RM150, 30–100 dishes RM200, 100+ dishes / multi-branch RM300), subscription billed separately. Send menu photos / PDF / Excel, done in 1–3 days.
